Insomnia is a condition of sleepiness. Symptoms of Insomnia can be listed as follows:

  • Difficulty to sleep at night;

  • ​Difficult to return to sleep;

  • Low concentration and poor memory when in study or at work;

​

  • Feeling tired and low energy after waking up in the morning;

​

  • Unhealthy lifestyle;

​

  • Stress and anxiety;

​

  • Environment that may cause poor sleep such as noise, uncomfortable room temperature;

​

  • Physical conditions such as pain in body.
