Bin Liu, graduated from Henan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, promoted to deputy director of Chinese medicine in 1997. Successively served as the Technical Director of Shangqiu Cardio-cerebrovascular Disease Hospital, Shangqiu TCM Rehabilitation Hospital, Shangqiu Weida Hospital, Director of Shangqiu first Community Health Service Centre and Technical Director of Shangqiu Medical and Health Association. He was a member of the CPC Shangqiu Municipal Committee of Henan Province, the CPPCC member of the 5th and 6th CPPCC committees and the standing committee of the 7th CPPCC committees of Shangqiu city, Henan Province. Now he is the director of BBS of overseas Chinese medicine.
Over the past 30 years and more, he has engaged in the research of senile diseases and clinical complicated diseases, and have been able to skillfully use the theory and technology of traditional Chinese and western medicine and bio-holographic medicine, and have rich experience in the treatment of various internal, external, maternal, child, skin and pain diseases.
